ACcESSING THE PORTAL
After your thermogram, your results (and consultation-if included) are delivered through the Thermographic Wellness Patient Portal. Please review the information below so you know exactly what to expect.

Existing Patients:
Enter the current email on file with TGW for the patient. If duplicate emails are on file, the patient may be prompted to contact support.

All PATIENTS:
Choose "Create Account" to complete
account set up.
Usernames are generated for you
however, you can still use your email address as your username.

ACTIVATION EMAIL
Once an account is created, an email will be sent to the provided email address for account activation. This WILL EXPIRE after 6 hours​.
SCHEDULing YOUR CONSULTATION
If your thermogram included a consultation you will receive a separate email prompting you to schedule.
